Nicholas McQuaid has returned to Latham & Watkins as a partner in the white collar defense and investigations practice in Washington, D.C. and New York, the law firm said Tuesday.
McQuaid was previously the principal deputy assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s criminal division, the firm said.
He has overseen prosecutions involving gang violence, securities fraud, healthcare fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, and intellectual property theft, said Latham.
