Gareth McCarter joined K&L Gates as a partner in its finance practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
McCarter focuses his practice on the complex and highly structured financings of commercial real estate investments and developments internationally. He represents UK, European, and US financial institutions, insurers and debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors, the firm said.
He joins from Taylor Wessing.
