Craig Samuel joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its business transactions practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.
Samuel focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance, and complex real estate transactions. He represents private equity funds, national franchisors, family offices, real estate investors, middle-market business owners, and lenders, and assists them with middle-market transactions, including strategic acquisitions, cross-border investments, and corporate restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from Hartman Simons & Wood.
