Dean Masuda joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its finance practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Masuda advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on leveraged acquisition financings. He represents clients in navigating large cap syndicated and privately placed leveraged acquisitions, the firm said.
