Ingrid Bagby and Michele Maman joined Haynes Boone as financial restructuring partners in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Bagby and Maman represent sophisticated financial institutions, private lenders and other market participants in complex and high-value distressed situations, focusing on creditor-side restructurings and special situations across industries, the firm said. Their practice spans traditional restructuring as well as distressed matters intersecting with structured finance, derivatives, CLOs and other complex financial products, the firm said.
