Baker McKenzie Recruits DOJ’s Tim Finley as Antitrust Partner

Tim Finley joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Finley is an 18-year veteran of the Justice Department, where he worked at both the antitrust division and consumer protection branch, the firm said.

Finley has tried both civil and criminal cases, with experience with antitrust law, unfair trade practices, mass consumer fraud, unapproved drugs and medical devices, consumer product safety, and data privacy.
