Sidley Adds Zangoei to Finance Group in San Diego (Correct)

Parker Zangoei joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its global finance group in San Diego, the firm announced Wednesday.

Zangoei’s practice focuses on representing lenders, with particular emphasis on private credit and direct lending transactions in the emerging company and venture capital space. He regularly advises private credit funds, BDCs, banks, non-bank financial institutions, strategic investors, and other lenders on structuring, negotiating, and executing growth debt facilities for technology, life sciences, healthcare, and other high-growth companies, the firm said.

He joins from DLA Piper.
