William Tate II joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a real estate partner in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.
Tate’s practice focuses on acquisitions, leasing, development and financing transactions involving commercial, industrial, hospitality and multi-tenant properties. He advises on high-stakes transactions, credit facilities, joint ventures and tenancy-in-common structures, the firm said.
Tate joins from K&L Gates.
