Greenberg Traurig Hires Sidney Nunez as Private Equity Partner

Sidney Nunez joined Greenberg Traurig as a private equity partner in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Nunez advises public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and financings, with a focus on the energy sector, the firm said. His practice represents middle-market private equity clients, many with a significant presence in Texas.

Nunez joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
