Willkie Hires Paul Labov as Restructuring Partner in New York

Paul Labov joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its restructuring department in New York,
the firm announced Tuesday.

Labov represents official creditors’ committees, ad hoc creditor groups, trade vendors, landlords and trustees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He advises private equity firms in the purchase and sale of distressed debt and assets, and his practice includes restructuring cases involving nationally recognized companies across industries like retail, energy, manufacturing and health care, the firm said.

He joins from Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones.
