BCLP Grabs Daniel Doron in Employment Practice in New York

Daniel Doron joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner in its employment & labor practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Doron’s practice focuses on the labor and employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, advising buyers and sellers on workforce integration. He represents private equity clients and strategic acquirers across various sectors, including health care, manufacturing, technology, professional services, biotech, life sciences, and real estate, the firm said.

Doron also advises on employment and separation agreements, often at the senior executive level, and counsels on federal, state, and local employment laws.
