William Watson joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its corporate finance practice in Abu Dhabi, the firm announced Tuesday.
Watson advises banks, private credit funds, direct lenders, export credit agencies, sponsors and corporate and sovereign borrowers in the Middle East, Europe and Africa on debt finance matters including private credit, leveraged finance, restructuring and general corporate finance, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case.
