Colby Jenkins joined King & Spalding as a partner in its real estate and funds practice group in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.
Jenkins advises on structuring, offering, and operating private investment funds and related regulatory matters. He represents fund sponsors and investors across various sectors, the firm said.
Jenkins’ practice focuses on counseling clients on fund formation and compliance matters for US and offshore funds. He advises established and emerging fund sponsors, as well as institutional, family office, and individual investors, the firm said.
He joins from Alston & Bird.
