Reed Smith Adds Angela Hagerman as Global Corporate Partner

Angela Hagerman joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global corporate group in Houston, the firm announced Monday.

Hagerman’s practice focuses on leveraged finance, with a particular focus on debt transactions within the energy and natural resources and technology sectors. She represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, commercial borrowers, financial institutions and private credit and alternative capital providers in complex financings, both domestic and cross-border, the firm said.

Hagerman joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
