Landlord SBB Appoints New Legal Counsel With Strategy in Focus

Embattled landlord SBB has hired a new legal counsel as part of a wider strategy to stabilize the company’s finances and split the group into three units.

Lawyer Kevin St. Hill this month joined Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB — as the company is officially known — having previously worked at Swedish law firm Advokatfirman Morris AB.

“I am pleased to welcome several talented individuals to key roles in our team as we continue to make important progress in executing our new strategy,” SBB Chief Executive Officer Leiv Synnes said in emailed comments.
