Nicolas Capelli has joined Kramer Levin as a partner with the asset management and investment funds team, the firm said Thursday.
Capelli advises management companies in the structuring of private equity investment funds, funds of funds, and venture capital as well as mezzanine loan and infrastructure deals and French or foreign institutional investors, according to Kramer Levin.
He also works with management companies and sponsors on secondary transactions, Kramer Levin said.
