Clément Vandevooghel has joined Kramer Levin as a partner with the banking and finance department in the Paris office, the firm said Monday.
Vandevooghel has a background in securitization, structured financing, and capital markets, according to Kramer Levin.
His clients include financial institutions, asset managers, credit managers, French and international groups, private equity funds, and insurance companies, said the firm.
