Kramer Levin Adds Damian Petrovic as Corporate Partner in NY

Damian Petrovic joined Kramer Levin as a partner in its corporate department in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Petrovic represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, preferred equity investments, co-invests, and GP stake transactions. He also advises clients on corporate governance, contractual and commercial matters, legal due diligence, restructurings, and other corporate advisory issues across industries, the firm said.

He joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel.
