Arlene J. Ortiz-Leytte has joined Kramer Levin as a partner in the corporate department in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Ortiz-Leytte focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising transactions, equity and debt investments, carve-out transactions, and joint ventures, according to Kramer Levin.
She advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and public and private companies, Kramer Levin said.
