Kraken CFO Departs as the Crypto Exchange Preps for an IPO

Crypto exchange Kraken has parted ways with Chief Financial Officer Stephanie Lemmerman ahead of its planned initial public offering.

Robert Moore will serve as deputy CFO and oversee the company’s finances, according to a person familiar with the situation who wasn’t authorized to speak on the record. The firm is seeking a new CFO, the person said. Kraken didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. CoinDesk first reported the changes.
