Eduardo Cukier joined Kostelanetz as a counsel in New York, the firm announced Friday.
Cukier advises US and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, spinoffs, joint ventures, and financing and capital market transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Olshan Frome Wolosky.
