Karen Kelly has joined Kostelanetz as a partner in the Washington, DC, office, the firm announced Monday.
Kelly, the immediate past head of the Department of Justice’s Tax Division, will work on state and federal tax matters, criminal tax and white collar matters, and internal investigations, the firm said.
Kelly worked with the DOJ for nearly 30 years, the firm said.
