Kirkland’s Big Lean Into Litigation Pays Off: The Brief

DOUBLING DOWN on its litigation roots, Kirkland & Ellis added nearly 300 lawyers to its courtroom practice since the start of last year, Roy Strom reports.

• Kirkland’s headcount of trial lawyers increased by about a third during that period, a growth rate that exceeded all other top 50 firms even as some rivals also loaded up on litigators.
