William Phalen joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its regulatory transactions group in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Phalen joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was elevated to partner in 2024. He advises clients on the interplay of global investment, trade and national security regulations, Weil said.
