Kemal Hawa joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in its corporate practice group, the firm announced Monday.
Hawa counsels clients in complex transactions across the digital infrastructure and telecommunications space and advises on commercial agreements. He works with private equity firms, infrastructure funds, real estate investors, lenders, data center operators, telecommunications carriers, and other companies on mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, joint ventures, and development projects, the firm said.
He joins from Greenberg Traurig.
