Adam Prince joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in its corporate practice group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Wednesday.
Prince advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as growth-stage and strategic companies on mergers and acquisitions, investments, recapitalizations and other complex transactions. His practice spans industries with a focus on healthcare, the firm said.
He joins from Morgan Lewis.
