Kirkland Leads Vista’s Investment in Supply Chain Risk Software

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Vista Equity Partners on a strategic growth investment in Resilinc, a provider of software that companies use to monitor and deal with risks to their modern supply chains.

Nixon Peabody counseled Milpitas, California-based Resilinc on the investment, which Vista made out of its Vista Endeavor Fund. The fund invests in enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled companies that have achieved at least $10 million in recurring revenue, according to a statement. No other financial details were disclosed for the transaction.
