Kirkland Guides Warburg Pincus on Health Care Manager Investment

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Warburg Pincus on a “significant” investment in Quantum Health, which says it helps its customers--self-insured employers--control health care spending.

Goodwin Procter advised Quantum Health on the deal, for which no terms were disclosed, according to a statement. Great Hill Partners, which invested in Quantum Health in 2017 and is its majority shareholder, will retain a significant stake in the company.

Quantum Health said the funds will allow it to upgrade its technology platform and delivery of services that help employee members navigate their benefits while helping employers reduce health spending.
