Norman Armstrong and Daniel Zach have joined Kirkland & Ellis as partners with the antitrust and competition practice, the firm said Monday.
They focus on antitrust and competition matters involving transactions, government investigations, and litigation, according to Kirkland.
Armstrong formerly served as a deputy director for the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition, and Zach served as assistant director for the FTC’s Mergers I Division, Kirkland said.
