Kirkland & Ellis Adds New Private Equity Partner in Philadelphia

Stephanie Haas joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in the corporate practice group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Monday.

Haas represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings and general corporate matters. She also advises on public company transactions, carve-out transactions, growth and structured equity investments, joint ventures and other transformative capital events, the firm said.

She joins from Dechert LLP.
