Alex Amos will join Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in its investment funds group, the firm said Monday.
Amos focuses on structuring alternative investment funds, particularly credit funds, according to Kirkland. He also deals with real asset across fund products and provides counsel on investment management arrangements and team incentive schemes.
He served as a partner at Macfarlanes.
