Paul Sandler has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in the debt finance group, the firm said Wednesday.
Sandler works on restructurings, financings and liability management transactions, opportunistic credit investments and acquisition financings, advising private equity sponsors, investment funds, borrowers, and creditors, according to Kirkland.
He practiced as a partner at Paul Weiss.
