Vista Equity Partners has invested in Gatekeeper, a vendor and contract lifecycle management platform, through its Endeavor Fund, according to a Tuesday news release.
The investment, which is Gatekeeper’s first external capital since inception, will accelerate platform innovation and go-to-market functions, according to Gatekeeper.
Kirkland & Ellis served as legal counsel to Vista, and Gatekeeper had PEAK Technology Partners as its financial advisor and Travers Smith and Foley & Lardner as its legal counsel, Gatekeeper said
