Alex Robertson joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in its corporate practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.
Robertson advises private equity firms and public and private companies on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures. He has experience across a range of industries, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure.
He joins from Vinson & Elkins.
