Kirkland & Ellis advised Apax Partners on an agreement by its affiliated funds to buy CI Capital Partners portfolio company SavATree.
Paul, Weiss advised SavATree, a provider of tree, shrub and lawn care services, on the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed, according to a statement. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
