Kirkland Adds More Lawyers to Structured Finance Team (Correct)

Law firm Kirkland & Ellis is adding two new partners to its structured finance and structured private credit practice, the latest in a string of hires that have tripled the size of the unit over the last four months.

Jared Axelrod will lead Kirkland’s build-out of its collateralized loan obligation practice, according to a statement. Axelrod was previously a partner at Milbank, according to his LinkedIn profile.
