Austin Witt has joined Kirkland & Ellis from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in the debt finance group in New York.
Witt, who was a finance partner and head of the special situations practice at Paul Weiss, focuses on restructurings, liability management matters, and financing transactions, Kirkland said Monday.
