Marwa Elborai, a capital markets lawyer, has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in London, the firm said Tuesday.
Elborai focuses on high-yield bonds, complex corporate financings, and leveraged finance transactions, according to Kirkland. She joins the firm from Allen & Overy, where she was a partner.
She also advises on general debt and equity capital markets transactions and debt restructurings, focusing on US federal securities law, Kirkland said.
Elborai works with corporate, private equity, credit fund and financial institution clients, according to the firm.
