Benjamin Softness joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Softnes joins from Google, where he was regulatory and litigation counsel. There, he was responsible for AI regulatory response and litigation, including leading teams responding to inquiries from regulators worldwide concerning generative AI, the firm said.
