Paul Fakler and Jacob Ebin joined King & Spalding as partners in its business litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Friday.
Fakler focuses on intellectual property matters in the music, motion picture and technology industries. His practice spans copyright matters related to AI and machine learning, music licensing and copyright royalty rate litigation, royalty audits and payment disputes, high-stakes copyright infringement disputes, and fair use, the firm said.
