Brian Donnelly joined King & Spalding as a partner in its real estate and funds practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Donnelly’s practice focuses on complex real estate debt and equity transactions. His debt practice includes representation of clients in originations and restructurings of commercial real estate debt across all major asset classes, including office, retail, multi-family, logistics and data center facilities, the firm said.
He joins from McDermott Will & Schulte.
