Kathleen Blaszak has joined King & Spalding as a partner in its corporate, finance, and investments practice group in the Northern Virginia office, the law firm Thursday.
Blaszak focuses on M&A, joint ventures and new venture formations, investments, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial transactions, King & Spalding said.
She joins from Winston & Strawn, where she was a partner.
