Will Barnette joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.
Barnette, who previously was associate general counsel for The Home Dept, focuses on commercial and business litigation. He led the defense of over 250 class actions and managed multiple investigations, the firm said.
