Drew Baldinger joined King & Spalding as a partner in its corporate practice group and energy industry team in Houston, the firm said Tuesday.
Baldinger advises clients on contracts in the oil and gas sector, as well as mergers and acquisitions, financing, and project development matters related to conventional and renewable energy technologies, the firm said.
He joins from Skadden.
