King & Spalding Recruits Brendan Staley as Corporate Partner

Brendan Staley joined King & Spalding as a partner in its corporate practice group in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Staley assists companies as they locate or expand in the US. He structures public finance and project development transactions for public and private infrastructure and economic development projects, including airports, roads, broadband infrastructure, and educational facilities, the firm said.

He joins from Hunton Andrews Kurth.
