King & Spalding Hires Delphine Guillotte as Finance Partner

Delphine Guillotte joined King & Spalding as a partner in its finance and restructuring practice in Paris, the firm announced Monday.

Guillotte advises French and international clients on financing matters, including acquisition financing, corporate financing, credit facilities, and bond issues. She also works on debt restructuring transactions, the firm said.

She joins from Bredin Prat.
