Bobby Cook joined King & Spalding as a partner in its real estate and funds practice group in New York, the firm announced Friday.
Cook’s practice focuses on representing banks, real estate private equity funds, debt funds, insurance companies, and other lending institutions in connection with the origination, disposition, acquisition, and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine debt across all asset classes, the firm said.
He joins from Arnold & Porter.
