Terra Cothran has joined King & Spalding as a partner in Houston, Texas, the firm said Thursday.
Cothran has served as a negotiator and on-project commercial and legal advisor for engineering, procurement, and construction projects, including liquefied natural gas facilities, crude oil pipelines, wind farms, offshore oil production facilities, and petrochemical facilities, according to King & Spalding.
She served as commercial manager and senior counsel at Bechtel Energy as well as senior counsel at Chevron, King & Spalding said.
