Brian Miller, Samantha Kavanaugh, and Ross Linzer have joined King & Spalding from Akerman LLP as partners in the trial and global disputes practice group in Miami, the firm said Wednesday.
Miller, who served as Akerman’s chair of the securities litigation practice and in the Miami litigation department, represents individual and corporate clients in securities class action defense, internal investigations of whistleblower allegations, accounting fraud, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigations, according to the firm.
Kavanaugh represents clients in securities class actions, internal investigations, and commercial litigation, and Linzer focuses on class action defense in state and federal courts, according to King & Spalding.
