Joshua Hazan joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Hazan joins from Simpson Thacher, where he was counsel. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and Justice Department, as well as advice to clients in obtaining antitrust approvals for challenging transactions both domestically and internationally, King & Spalding said.
